Beginner Courses
Progressive courses on basic belly dance movements and steps for beginners with or without dance background. During the course, the instructor will teach the class basic techniques such as shoulder shimmy, chest accents, hip drop, hip twist, figure 8, hip shimmy, hip circle, travelling steps, arm positioning. These basics will also be put into combinations and/or choreography to give the class an interesting and enjoyable way to practise.

Raksercise Classes
'Raks' means dance in Arabic. Our Raksercise classes are exercise classes using belly dance movements for a low impact workout. During each session, the instructor will teach a few basic belly dance movements and steps to give the class a good exercise moving to rhythms and music. It's a fun way to keep fit and enhance flexibilty of your body.
